On a recent visit to the dollar store i stumbled upon these great little mini mason jars, I bought them without really having an intention to use them right away but oh how many ideas have sprouted since their arrival. One of the more simple ways I’ve used them is just placing a tea light candle in them and using them as centerpieces for our New Years dinner.. in this tutorial I chose to make them into adorable little storage jars!
Items needed:
- mason jar with lid
- spray paint (make sure its an all purpose spray paint that works for plastic and metal)
- glue gun
- small plastic toy
directions: Glue plastic toy to center of the mason jar lid, once glue is dry, set on a surface to spray paint, Appy 2 coats of spray paint, let dry! voila! cute overload.
